Payment is on the night of your chosen tour by either cash or TWINT. See Terms of Booking before reserving.

*TERMS OF BOOKING

1. Each ticket is valid on the specified tour date only. PLEASE be at the start location at least 5 minutes early. If you arrive later than the designated start time, the Ghost Walk reserves the right to leave without you,

2. The Ghost Walk requires a minimum of at least 2 customers for it to operate. Should only one person book for any given tour, they will be informed by 13:00 on their chosen date that the event is cancelled. The Ghost Walk also reserves the right to cancel any scheduled tour at any given time for any reason; whether tickets have been booked or not.

3.The Ghost Walk offers no pre-pay facility (payment is stricktly on the evening of the chosen tour). Customers are not entitled to any refund or personal costs reimbursement should their chosen tour cancel for any reason.

4. Further to the conditions set out in the standard privacy policy  the Ghost Walk’s database will record the name, phone number and email address of the reserving customer, These details may be kept for up to 48 hours after the specified tour date/ time, then permanently deleted. The customer data is confidential and the Ghost Walk will never knowingly pass on this information to any third party.

5. The ghost walk reserves the right to refuse participation on the tour for whatever reason.

6. The person booking the tickets is responsible for informing all members of their group about the terms and conditions.
